Board Members
With the associations merged, one of the biggest obstacles we have faced is communication with our new combined membership. This has been no easy task and we are continually working to improve our communication with the membership. We will continue to do so until we know that the membership is aware of everything concerning “BOWLING” that is going on in Houston.
This new and revised website is just one of the ways that we intend to better our communication with the bowlers in the association. We will keep the website updated regularly and a variety of new information will be added. This website will have downloadable “forms” (tournament entry forms, board of director and officer applications, etc) that you can download & print. There will be information and links for upcoming events and news. Please bookmark this website and check it often and keep informed of “what’s going on” in the Houston bowling community. If we have omitted any features or information on the web site, please drop us a line and tell us how we can help you have a better bowling experience in Houston!

The Association Representatives were formally referred to as "League Representatives" or "Lane Representatives." They are an integral part of the association who help to make up the volunteer network of the organization.

The Greater Houston USBC Organizational Meeting was held on January 14, 2006 at the Hobby Hilton.  Bylaws to govern the new association were adopted by voice vote. According to the new Bylaws each member of the association over the age of 14 is entitled to voice and vote at membership meetings. Two membership meetings will be held each year.
