Bylaws:
The Greater Houston USBC Organizational Meeting was held on January 14, 2006 at the Hobby Hilton. Bylaws to govern the new association were adopted by voice vote. According to the new Bylaws each member of the association, over the age of 14, is entitled to voice and vote at membership meetings. Two membership meetings will be held each year.
