Kendra Hardy becomes GHUSBC President Thompson & Kelley assume VP roles
August 1, 2016 was the first day of the 2016-17 bowling season and fiscal year for the Greater Houston USBC. It also marked the end of outgoing President, Larry Caldwell’s tenure, and ushered in new President Kendra Hardy.
Kendra has served in a variety of roles with the local bowling association(s) for over 20 years as a director, delegate to State and National Conventions and as an officer. She has also held leadership roles with the local 600/ 500 Club. She most recently served as 1st VP for GHUSBC.
The new season also saw 2nd VP Lance Thompson assuming the vacated 1st VP position upon Hardy’s promotion and Sgt @ Arms, Bette Kelley ascending into the 2nd VP spot.
The openings in the 3rd VP and Sgt. @ Arms positions will be addressed later in the season.
GHUSBC congratulates Kendra, Lance and Bette and wishes them all the best in their new officer roles.
