WHO WE ARE AND WHAT WE DO

The Greater Houston USBC was formed in 2006 as a result of the merger between the Houston Men and Women’s local bowling associations as well as the Houston Youth bowling organization. The Greater Houston USBC Association provides many services and awards for its members. In an effort to communicate this information to our bowlers, we have provided a brief description of the services provided. The Greater Houston USBC Association holds two meeting per year and all members, both youth and adult are eligible to attend and vote on association business. At the spring meeting, Officers and Directors are elected, recognition awards are presented and reports of the activities of the association are provided to the members. During the fall meeting, a memorial service is held honoring the deceased bowlers from the previous year, presentation of association annual awards and election of delegates to the state and national conventions.
